Pair of Multifamily Projects Approved in Quincy
A Newton-based developer has won approval for a pair of multifamily buildings at 731 Hancock Street & 13 Wentworth Road in Quincy. 731 Hancock will be a 6-story project to include 53 apartments while a 4-story building with 27 units would be constructed at 13 Wentworth. The sites are located just a few minutes from the Wollaston Red Line MBTA Station.
