Palmetto Industrial Park Nearing Completion
Roofs have been installed and exterior paint has been completed for all three buildings at Palmetto Industrial Park. Delivery is on track for Q2 2023. The Palmetto Industrial Park will feature three Class A rear load buildings on 38.2 acres of land in Palmetto. Buildings 1 and 2 will be 160,00 square feet and will have 50 trailer parking spaces and 127 parking spaces for cars. Building three will offer 127,000 square feet, 27 trailer parking spaces and 84 parking spaces for cars.
