Parking Garage Nearing Completion at Parc Madison in Channel District
The final pieces of the parking garage are being put into place at Parc Madison in Tampa’s Channel District. The new mixed-use development will add 351 Class A apartments along with 5,500 square feet of retail space. The new development will rise on the site of a former petroleum storage facility. Completion is expected in 2024.
