Permit Applications Filed with the FAA for West Palm Beach Office Tower

 

 

Developer Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. has filed permit applications with the FAA for West Palm Point, a 24-story tower that will include 430,000 square feet of office space. Permit applications were also filed for construction cranes and a 10-story parking garage. The tower, along with the adjacent parking structure, will occupy a full city block in downtown West Palm Beach at the intersection of Quadrille Blvd. and Okeechobee Blvd. Along with office space, the tower will contain 14,416 square feet of ground level retail space. Building amenities will include a fitness center, multiple casual restaurants, conference rooms as well as unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the intracoastal waterway. The parking garage will have 1,250 auto parking spaces and 120 bicycle spaces along with a rooftop gathering area with a café. Construction is expected to begin in Q4 2023 with completion at the end of Q3 2026.
