Permit Pulled for Hyde Park Senior Living Project
A permit valued at $16,500,000 has been pulled to begin construction on a senior housing project along River Street in Hyde Park. The 4-story building will include 63 affordable units for seniors age 55+. The property will offer resident service coordination with agencies providing wellness, educational, cultural, and social programming. The plan includes ground floor commercial space, an outdoor courtyard, a community room, a fitness room and a library/lounge.
