40-25 Crescent Street Update 04/24/23

Permits Filed for 8-Story Mixed-Use Project in LIC

Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development, at 40-25 Crescent Street in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by Crescent Street Associates, the building would contain rental apartments and 14,330 square feet of manufacturing space. Additionally, it would feature square feet of retail space, and 1,007 square feet of community facilities. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.

Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. Several buildings will have to be demolished in order to make room for the new development. Back in October, the NYC Mayor's Office approved a rezoning proposal, which is set to combine multiple lots that will ultimately form the project site.
