Permits Filed for 8-Story Residential Building in Tremont
Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development, at 1952 Anthony Avenue in the Tremont neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by David Goldberger, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for both an enclosed parking garage and a small open parking area, with enough room for vehicles combined.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site is currently vacant and no demolition will be required.
