Permits Filed for 9-Story Apartment Building in Sheepshead Bay
Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, residential development, at 2518 Ocean Avenue in Brooklyn's Sheepshead Bay neighborhood. Developed by Alex Finkelshteyn under the name 2518 Ocean Avenue LLC, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The lot has already been demolished and construction can therefore proceed once the permit is issued.
