Permits have just been filed for a 9-story, mixed-use development at 1889 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain 80 rental apartments and 4,829 square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for 32 vehicles.
