Permits have just been filed for a 9-story, mixed-use development at 237 McGuinness Boulevard in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
