Permits Filed for the Advisory Opinion on Two Parcels in Downtown Tampa
The permits for the Advisory Opinion on two parcels of land in downtown Tampa for Seasons Tampa have been filed with the City of Tampa. The proposed Seasons Tampa development will add 541 residential units along with ground level retail space. Seasons Apartments, the north tower rising to 41 stories, will offer 487 apartment units. The 27-story Seasons Suites, the south tower, will feature 54 micro units. The twin towers will be connected by a skybridge. Due to the proximity to Peter O. Knight airport, the FAA will have to grant approval for the construction of the towers.
