PGC Commercial Portfolio Trades for $86M+
DSC Partners has acquired the Forbes Center in Lanham, Maryland for over $86M. The 17-property portfolio consists of a mix of industrial, flex, and office buildings. DSC Partners has retained KLNB to lease the properties and will utilize Transwestern to provide property management services. Newmark represented the seller in the transaction and also arranged financing for the buyers.
