Plans Approved for New Hotel Next to St Pete-Clearwater International Airport
The Pinellas County Commissioners unanimously approved plans by Miami-based Baywood Hotels for a new hotel adjacent to St Pete-Clearwater International Airport. The new 132-key hotel will be a Residence Inn by Marriott. The five-story 21,793-square foot hotel will be located on a 2.78-acre site at the northeast corner of Ulmerton Road and Roosevelt Boulevard. The location is close to I-275 and is convenient to multiple offices, industrial properties, and retail venues.
