Plans Approved for Phase 2 of Strathmore Square
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved plans for phase 2 of Strathmore Square located directly adjacent to the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Station. This second phase will include 2 buildings, the first to feature 400 residential units with 14,000 square feet of commercial space. The next building in phase 2 would be a residential care facility, dubbed Reserve, to offer 166 independent senior living units, 110 assisting living/memory care beds, and 4,000 square feet of commercial space. Phase 1 of the development is currently under construction.
