Plans Filed for Entertainment and Hotel Development Near Disney
Aventura=based developer as filed plans with Osceola County for a large hotel and entrainment district near Disney. Ovation, a major mixed-use development, has a highly desirable location at the northeast corner of 1-4 and Highway 192 in Kissimmee, FL—across the street from the entrance to Celebration and a mile from Walt Disney World. Development plans include over 800,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, and restaurant options, and three hotels with a combined 675 keys and approximately 700,000 square feet of dining, signature retail and entertainment venues on nearly 80 acres of land. Plans also include a 175-foot-tall Ferris wheel.
