Plans for Apartment Communities Will Go Before the Davie Planning & Zoning Board
Miami-based developers The Estate Companies have submitted plans for an apartment community the will be reviewed by the Davie Planning & Zoning Board at the March 12, 2024 meeting. Soleste Reserve I & II would offer 663 apartment units in Davie, Florida. Soleste Reserve I will include 353 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Soleste Reserve II, which will be constructed on an adjoining parcel, will offer 310 studio to three-bedroom apartments. Community amenities will include a pool with lounge seating and cabanas, rooftop tanning deck, dog park with washing station, summer kitchen and grills, common areas with interactive games, fitness center with a spin and yoga studio, resident lounge and gaming zone, and co-working space.
