Plans Refined for Watertown Life Science Campus
Broder has submitted documents for site plan review of the planned Life Science campus at 275 & 313 Pleasant Street, 80 Rosedale Road, and 60 Acton Street in Watertown. The site is currently home to a 4-story, 54K SF office/lab building with the new development to include the construction of a 4-story 133,000 SF lab/office building and a 2-story retail building attached to a 6-story parking garage. The entire campus will be transformed with more inviting and high-quality public retail and open green space. In response to community feedback massing and height have been adjusted from initial designs along with changes to the site’s circulation pattern.
