Plans Revised for 24-Story Mixed-Use Tower in Downtown St. Petersburg

Chicago-based developer Focus has revised plans for a mixed-use tower that will rise 24 stories inn downtown St. Petersburg. The new plans call for 367 luxury apartments, 6,000 square feet of retail space and a 369-space parking garage. The revisions increase the number of apartments from 335 to 367, reduce the retail space from 11,560 square feet to 6,000 and lower the parking spaces from 382 to 369 and increase the height from 22 to 24 stories. There is a one-story office building and parking lot on the site that will be demolished.  The majority of the site will be taken up by the tower. On the ground floor, there will be a residential lobby, coworking space, fitness center, commercial space and entrance to the parking garage.
