Plans Shelved for 2525 Mount Vernon Ave. Redevelopment
After receiving significant feedback from the Del Ray Land Use Committee & concerned citizens, Bonaventure has put their plans for the redevelopment of 2525 Mount Vernon Ave on hold. Original plans for the site called for the demo of the former Alexandria Department of Community and Human Services building and the construction of a 4-story, 79-unit multifamily.
