Plans Submitted for 120-Unit Allston Development
Anchor Line Partners have filed a PNF for a 120-unit development on Braintree Street in Allston. Plans call for an 85,000 SF, 6-story building featuring 120 units and 60 parking spaces as well as ground-level storage for 120 bicycles. In conjunction with construction of the project, the proponent would upgrade the adjacent sidewalks with the City's Complete Streets Design Guidelines.
