Plans Under Review for 300+ Units in Allston
Hines and Calare Properties have filed project documents for the development of 22-24 Pratt Street in Allston. Plans call for a 322-unit multifamily development with 4 distinct elements, the tallest being 16 stories in height. The transit-orient development will include 92 garage parking spaces and within one-half mile of numerous subway and bus lines. The building will offer a mix of studio through 3-bedroom units with an amenity terrace, resident lounge, and coworking spaces.
