Plans Under Review for 80K Life Science Project in Fort Point
BentallGreenOak has filed plans to redevelop the existing parking garage at 17 Farnsworth Street in Fort Point. The new project would offer roughly 80,000 square feet of life science space in a 4-story building. The exterior of the building is proposed to have a metal-frame façade with punched windows on its easterly and westerly facades to reflect the area’s post-industrial character.
