Plans Under Review for Evolution Labs North Bethesda
Stonebridge has filed planned with Montgomery County Planning for Evolution Labs North Bethesda, on a 5.20-acre site located along Old Georgetown Road to the west, Banneker Avenue to the north, Grand Park Avenue to the east, and Wall Local Park and the Kennedy Shriver Aquatic Center to the south. Plans call for 3 lab towers, totaling over 720,000 square feet of R&D space. The development also includes parking for 1,027 vehicles and up to 20,000 square feet of public open space.
