Plans Under Review for Recovery Cafe Mixed-Use Project in Anacostia
Recovery Cafe has filed a concept review application with the DC Historic Preservation Review Board for a new mixed-use building at 1337 Good Hope Road. The project would include 48 affordable housing units along with 8,000 square feet of ground-floor space for Recovery Cafe. The project will be seeking Low Income Housing Tax Credits and be designed to meet the DC Green Building Code.
