PNF Filed for 88 Black Falcon Avenue, Now Under Official Review
Redevelopment of 88 Black Falcon Avenue in the Seaport is now officially under review. The Davis Companies have filed a PNF for a four-story, 330,600 SF addition to the existing 3-story office space for lab and office space. The project will bring the building height up to 137 feet and add 174 new parking spaces with the addition of a new parking deck. The Davis Companies have released renderings of the project.
