Pompano Beach Development Site Acquired for $8.4M
Cavache Properties has acquired the property at 210 NE 3rd St. in Pompano Beach currently home to the Christ United Methodist Church. Plans for the site call for a 2 tower development featuring over 300 residential units and 3,600 square feet of retail space. The project would offer 1 through 3 bedrooms along with a pool, fitness center, and movie lounge.
