Pompano Beach Shopping Center Acquired for $30 Million
Fort Lauderdale-based real estate firm Stiles has acquired 3301-3573, a 205,467-square foot shopping center in Pompano Beach, Florida, for $30 million. Stiles acquired the property from Partridge Equity Group in a transaction facilitated by Marcus & Millichap. The 22-acre site is located at the corner of North Federal Highway and Sample Road. Current national retail tenants include Walgreen’s, Outback, Dunkin, Comcast, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Michael’s, Bealls, and others. A new ground up Publix will begin construction soon.
