Port Property Announces Preleasing at The Armature

Port Property is thrilled to announce that The Armature at Hanover Works, located at 52 Hanover Street in Portland, ME, has opened for preleasing!  

The Armature will include 171 modern apartment homes consisting of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans. Designed by Boston-based architecture and interiors firm CUBE 3 and with construction being completed by Penobscot General Contractors, The Armature will showcase a U-shaped, three-tiered exterior configuration with a living wall running along Parris Street. Inside, every apartment at The Armature will offer open-concept layouts with 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, designer paneled flooring, quartz and granite countertops, modern lighting fixtures, and smart home build-ins. Select apartments will also feature private balconies looking out onto Hanover and Lancaster Street and upgraded interior features. 

In addition to interior amenities, residents at The Armature will have access to a curated list of luxury amenities and tailored concierge services. Amenity spaces at The Armature include a mezzanine lobby, landscaped courtyard with fire pits, resident pool, coworking lounge, dedicated conference room and coworking collaboration space, meeting and podcast rooms, indoor-outdoor fitness center, yoga room, an arcade lounge with bar, sky lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor sky deck, pet wash and groom room, bike storage with repair station, secure package room, and more.
