Portions of Dupont Circle Office to be Converted to Residential
A permit has been issued to convert portions of the office building located at 2121 Ward Place NW to residential. 11 residential units will be created on floors 3-6 with duplex units added on the 6th floor and penthouse level. In total, 44 residential units will be added through the renovations. The US Post Office located on the 1st and 2nd floors will remain unaltered. The developer acquired the property in May 2023 for $20,500,000.
