Post Brothers Acquires DC Office Building for $66M
Post Brothers has acquired 2100 M St. NW for $66,765,868. The roughly 272,000-square-foot office building was originally constructed in 1969. Network Realty Partners and Meadow Partners bought the building in Sept 2019 for $92,500,000 and were planning a large-scale renovation. Post Brothers however focuses exclusively on creating and operating infill, class-A, “best-in-class” apartment buildings so a residential conversion is highly likely.
