Pre-Leasing Kicks off for The Camille in Bethesda
Simpson Housing and Woodfield Development have announced that the permanent leasing office is open at The Camille, in downtown Bethesda. Construction is now in the final stages, with the first residents scheduled to begin moving in by the end of November 2023. The Camille will feature 181-units, a mix of floorplans comprising 13% studio, 43% one-bedroom and 45% two-bedroom apartments, ranging in average size from 633 square feet to 1,089 square feet. Amenities will include a fully-equipped fitness center with a separate functional fitness studio; a rooftop Sky Lounge with an entertainment kitchen, billiards and fireplace; a spacious outdoor terrace with grills, games and seating offering expansive views of Bethesda and the Metro D.C. area; a luxurious pet spa; a bike storage and repair station; a concierge and a business lounge with private workspaces.
