Preliminary Plans Under Review for Redevelopment of 12th St. Landing
Brookfield has filed preliminary plans for the redevelopment of 12th Street Landing in Pentagon City. The development firm put prior plans for the roughly 5-acre site on hold in 2020 but now looks to split the site into 3 land bays and proposed an increase in total site density of up to a 9.0 FAR. The site is currently home to two office buildings that have been vacant since March 2021 when the TSA relocated.
