Primary Mat Foundation Complete at Art House in Downtown St. Petersburg
Coastal Construction celebrates a monumental achievement with the completion of the primary mat foundation placement for Art House, a stunning 42-story condominium tower in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg. Over 348 loads of concrete, gracefully delivered in a continuous rotation by 65 concrete trucks, covered an astounding 8,300 square feet over the weekend. Sales of condominium units began earlier this year. Located at 200 Central Avenue, it will be constructed on what was a surface parking lot adjacent to the office 200 Central office building. Rising to 450 feet, luxury condominium tower will be among the tallest buildings in St. Petersburg. Planned for 244 luxury residences, two and three bedroom and 12 penthouses, the development will also include ground level retail and co-working space. Completion is estimated in late 2024.
