Procopio Files Plans for Mixed-Use Project Along Nantasket Beach
Procopio Companies has filed plans for redevelopment of an underutilized portion of Nantasket Avenue in Hull. Plans call for a 4-story mixed-use project to include 132 residential units with a host of amenity spaces along with 7,000 square feet of retail space. The development will also offer 2 pocket parks and an open corridor allowing public access through the site to connect with the Art Walk on the adjacent property. The project has been designed to serve as a catalyst for placemaking on Nantasket Beach.
