Project Team Celebrates Energy Savings at 37 Wales Project
Yesterday the project team behind the 37 Wales St. development celebrated energy savings for the project. Heading Homes CEO Danielle Ferrier, Secretary Rebecca Tepper, and Commissioner Bonnie Heiple of Mass DEP shared their comments on the remarkable advancements this building will achieve. At the heart of this project is a strong commitment to sustainability, with a focus on energy efficiency that's set to make a significant impact. Every aspect is designed with sustainability in mind, from its fully electric infrastructure to a cutting-edge 34-ton central heating and cooling heat pump system. Additionally, this project embraces a holistic approach, featuring expansive windows in each unit, inviting daylight in and connecting residents with nature.
