Proposed Development in Davenport to Include up to 1,000 Apartments
Orlando-based developer DIX Developments has proposed a residential development that would include up to 1,000 apartments. Enclave at Champions Reserve is a 156-acre residential development in Davenport, Florida. Plans indicate the development will offer up to 1,000 apartments. Initial plans called for 225 residential units, a mix of single-family homes and townhomes. The developer has indicated that a final determination on the number of residential units will be made following a wetlands delineation study. The site is located along I-4 near Disney World and in close proximity to Champions Gate, with easy access to a variety of amenities, attractions, shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment options.
