Proposed Industrial Park Approved by Planning Board in Braintree
Braintree Planning Board approved plans for a redevelopment of a concrete plant off Adams Street. Adams Street Enterprises, LLC has proposed a 209,800 SF mixed-use development at a parcel of land along the Monatiquot River in Braintree. The development would include 3 new industrial/warehouse and office buildings and the reuse of an existing warehouse.
