Queens Industrial Site Trades for $49.5M
An industrial property at 58-80 Borden Avenue in Maspeth, Queens has just been acquired for $49.5 million. It was purchased by SiteX Group from Salem Truck Leasing Inc. The 3+ acre lot features a single story, 31,600 square foot building, which currently serves as a truck service and repair center. As a result, there is plenty of parking space for large vehicles around the main structure and throughout the lot. The property also provides an expansion potential of 52,000 square feet as a Build-to-Suit Option for Last Mile Distribution. At the moment, the occupied expansion land is used as an industrial parking lot, but it will become available in 2023.
