Walter Reed Gateway Update 10/16/23

Re-Zoning Approved for Walter Reed Gateway Site

The DC Zoning Board has approved a re-zoning for the properties at 6634 & 6640 Georgia Ave. NW. The expectation is that the Map Amendment will allow for increased density—up to 3.6 FAR, allowing approximately 70 or more affordable apartments to be built on the site in a 5-story building.
