Related Group Secures $100 Million Construction Loan for Manor Biscayne
Developer Related Group has closed on a $100 million loan for the construction of Manor Biscayne. The proposed 8-story apartment complex will offer 382 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and 9,335 square feet of retail space. The 173 two-bedroom units will include 16 set aside as townhomes. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse along with a 600-space parking garage.
