Renderings Released for Next Phase of Sterling Yards
Sterling Bay has released renderings of the next phase of Lincoln Yards. This next phase will include The Steelyards, a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly shopping and entertainment district featuring up to 775,000 square feet of mixed-use space, 321,000 square feet of retail, and 800 residential units. The first building within the Steelyard would be 1685 N Throop, an 11-story office building with skyline and river views.
