Renovations Planned for The Washington School of Ballet
The Washington School for Ballet has submitted plans for renovation to their property at 3515 Wisconsin Avenue, NW. The school proposes to raze one “wing” of the building consisting of approximately 23,696 square feet and to replace that area with approximately 25,632 square feet of area. The proposed interior program for the new space will include rehearsal studios, wardrobe/costume facilities, a physical therapy studio, new toilet rooms, and administrative offices.
The property is one of three buildings that serve as the School’s “Northwest Campus” and this project would allow three Northwest campuses to combine into one, anticipated to occur in 2026 after completion of the Project.
