Renovations to Begin at Seaport Lab/Warehouse Space
A permit valued at $42,638,338 has been pulled to begin renovations at 1 Harbor Street in the Seaport. The project will include the fit-out of 33,872 square feet of warehouse space into manufacturing area including clean rooms, QC labs, and staff support areas. Project plans also call for a 14,226-square-foot expansion of a mezzanine-level equipment area with MEP upgrades. The 200,000+ square foot property was originally constructed in 2005.
