Request for Proposal Released for RIPTA Transit Center in Providence
The State of Rhode Island has released a request for proposal for the development of a new bus/transit hub along Dorrance Street in Downcity Providence. A replacement of the existing bus hub in Kennedy Plaza, plans call for for 49 residential units above a bus hub and parking garage with a proposed budget of $77 million.
