Residential Tower in Miami’s Worldcenter Sold Out
Developers Aria Development Group and Merrimac Ventures have sold all 606 residential units at 600 Miami Worldcenter, a proposed 32-story mixed-use tower. The development will also include a 4,500 square foot full-service restaurant and a 6,000 square foot fitness center. The studio, one-, and two-bedroom condominiums will range in size from 600 to 830 square feet. Units will be priced in the $500,000 range, with no rental restrictions, which will allow owners to live in the residences, rent them out on an annual basis or list them on Airbnb and other platforms. Amenities include a rooftop pool, bistro and bar, fitness center, co-working spaces and more. Construction is expected to start in 2024 with completion in 2026.
