Residential Tower Tops Out in Murray Hill
A 35-story, residential tower project, has just topped out at 509 3rd Avenue in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood. Facade and window installation has also begun on the lower floors.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments, supplimented by square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to finish in early to mid 2023.
