Retail Fit-Out Underway at Allston Yards
A fit-out permit valued at $1,100,000 has been issued to Allston Yards as construction begins on the development's Stop & Shop location. The mixed-use building will include 165 apartments along with space for the new Stop & Shop grocery store. Construction of the 2nd phase of the project, a 350K SF office/lab building is expected to begin in the third quarter.
