Revised Plans Submitted for Mixed-Use Development in Aventura
Developers have revised plans for Tal Aventura, a proposed 21-story development that would include 93 condominiums and 224 hotel rooms. The initial plans, which received approval in 2022, called for a 26-story building with 86 condominiums in 2022. The revised plans add the hotel component and reduce the height and number of residences. The project will be reviewed by the Aventura City Commission at its February 20 meeting. The condominiums will be located on the 15th through 21st floors and the hotel would occupy floors eight through 13. The lower levels would be a parking garage with 453 spaces along with ground level amenities that will include a pool and basketball court. The separate lobbies for the hotel and condominiums will be located next to the amenities.
