Rezoning Approved for Berean Baptist Church Site
The DC Zoning Board has approved a map amendment to rezone the site of the Berean Baptist Church at 924 Madison Street, NW. The updated zoning will allow for a building up to 50' in height with a FAR of 2.16 with inclusionary zoning. The RA-2 zone that is now approved would permit the construction of a new residential building, including affordable housing.
