RFP Issued for Boston Water and Sewer Commission Parking Lots in Roxbury
The City of Boston has issued an RFP for a roughly 191,000-square-foot property in the Nubian Square area of Roxbury. The BPDA seeks to convey the property to bring forth a community-oriented development that is committed to affordability, equity, wealth creation, community infrastructure, environmental justice, and public wellness for the Roxbury Community. Various development scenarios outlined in the proposal show a multi-building project with the tallest building on the site at 12 stories. Proposals are due at the end of February.
